Julia’s Violin Academy is looking for a Customer Support Manager who has a passion for helping others and seeing adults succeed in learning to play the violin. We are looking for someone that feels enthusiastic about spreading the joy of playing the violin and ensuring the members at Julia’s Violin Academy have a great learning experience. This role is far not just “ordinary customer service” – as an integral part of our team, you will play an important role in creating unforgettable interactions with our students.
