About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy virtual assistant to support our team with systems, automations, and technical tasks across multiple platforms.
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have strong technical skills and experience working with a variety of online tools (see our tech stack below)
- Understand tech integrations and have hands-on experience setting up automations (especially using Zapier and MailerLite)
- Know HTML and CSS, and have experience working with WordPress
- Pay close attention to detail and loves to make things productively and on time
- Think from the user’s point of view and strive to create smooth customer experiences
- Enjoy optimizing systems and processes to improve efficiency
- Communicate clearly and proactively, both in writing and verbally
- Are positive, flexible, and solution-focused
- Can stay organized while juggling multiple priorities and deadlines
- Enjoy working in a supportive, international team environment

Your Routine Tasks May Include:
- Adding new content to the website (creating pages, blog posts, and lessons using WordPress and LearnDash)
- Creating and updating checkouts and access settings (ThriveCart, Paid Memberships Pro)
- Fixing layout or styling issues and improving page design using CSS
- Setting up automations and workflows (MailerLite, HelpScout, Zapier)
- Testing and troubleshooting plugins, integrations, and automations
- Researching technical solutions with a clear understanding of the expected outcome
- Editing photos and creating on-brand graphics (Affinity Designer)
- Reporting progress, blockers, and any technical or usability issues you notice
