Virtual Assistant

An amazing Virtual Assistant ready to make his/her mark by helping Violinspiration & Julia’s Violin Academy by helping to create post and pages on our wordpress site, graphics for blog posts, educational materials, scheduling posts on social media and more – to help adults from all over the world to learn to play the violin.

Availability required for this role is at least 10 hours per week and sometimes up to 35-40 hours a week during periods of high volume, Monday through Friday.

⇒ You are interested in working in the violin education field. In best case scenario, you even practice an instrument yourself.

⇒ You are techy & quick to understand new software & applications

⇒ You are able to create posts and pages on WordPress and/or maybe even had your own blog/website in the past.

⇒ You are able to work with design software like Photoshop or Affinity Designer (or will be able to learn this)

⇒ You have great attention to detail (some might even call you overly critical :))

Bonus points if you can also edit videos or work with Musescore.

You do not HAVE to be familiar with each of these skills. We provide training for new employees to learn the required skills.
