Believer was released by Imagine Dragons in 2017 as part of their album Evolve. It stayed on the Billboard Top 100 chart for over a year, and matched the success of their earlier singles Radioactive and Demons.

Practice Tips for Playing Believer on Violin
Here are a few practice suggestions to help you get started with Believer.
Warm up with the A Minor Scale
Both arrangements are in the key of A Minor. It’s always helpful to warm up in the same key as the song you’re working on, so be sure to download the free A Minor scale sheet to give yourself a straightforward warmup.

A Minor Scales & Arpeggios
Focus on Rhythm and Pulse
This song has a very heavy, steady beat. Keep the beats strong when you play.
If you’re struggling with the rhythms, read through the sheet music while listening to one of my play throughs. Feel free to count out loud and tap your foot to feel what’s going on!
Use Clear, Controlled Bow Strokes
To help keep the beats sounding strong, keep your articulations clear and bold. Double check that you understand the articulations you see (things like accents, staccato, and slurs), and practice those techniques on their own.

Build Intensity Gradually
Although this whole song is bold, it gets bigger and more exciting as it goes on. When you reach a stronger part of the song, like the chorus, play a little louder and with a little more bow weight. Relax in the calmer moments for a nice contrast. Think in sections of the song, and build them up one by one.
